Instructions

  1. Prepare Celery: Chop off the base and tops of the stalks from both bunches of celery. Rinse the celery stalks thoroughly in a colander under cold water, then pat dry to remove excess moisture.
  2. Juicing with a Juicer: Feed the celery stalks and lime through the juicer’s feeding tube. Collect the juice and serve immediately.
  3. Juicing with a Blender: Add the celery stalks, lime, and 1/2 cup of water into the blender pitcher. Use the tamper to press the celery down into the blades to help blend. Once blended, pour the mixture through a nut milk bag or fine strainer to separate the pulp from the juice.
  4. Serve and Store: Serve the celery juice immediately for optimal freshness. Any leftover juice can be stored in an airtight jar in the refrigerator and consumed within 3 days.
