Salmon Loaf
- 1 can (14.75 oz) high-quality canned salmon, drained
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill (or 1 tablespoon dried dill)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
