Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the lasagna noodles and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the noodles and lay them flat on a clean surface or parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped cooked shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, minced garlic, and half of the Alfredo sauce. Season the mixture generously with salt and pepper and mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
  3. Assemble the Roll-Ups: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread a thin layer of the remaining Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish to prevent sticking. Lay out each lasagna noodle and spread an even layer of the seafood mixture across it. Carefully roll each noodle up, starting with one edge, and place the roll seam-side down in the baking dish.
